What do you guys do for self care? For me personally I try to make sure I get enough sleep and to take time for myself to do something I enjoy, such as walking the dog, listening to music or reading a book. I used to be very particular about self care, but I'm getting better and cutting myself some slack  |

Hi ive been trying to do a bit more positive things the last couple of weeks as Ive been struggling a bit. I have been doing some drawing and art to try and calm down more often. I am also usually listening to music or playing games to try and zone out from feeling low. Struggle a bit with this, because when I feel low I dont want to go out or do anything which might help.

thanks MMM I hope so too. im going to try and get some fresh air at the weekend as i know that should help. I also think with me there is an element of I look for the things to be depressed about and allow myself to slip into it and isolate from everyone. so I'm trying to learn how to cope better and not get so stuck in it.

I've been gaming a lot recently actually!! I'd not been bothered in it for ages but it's nice to feel interested in things again xx

Thats cool what games are you playing? Im playing a bit of battlefield 1 and might play some of The Witcher 3 over weekend as its quite relaxing.

Hi yeah ive got black ops 4 ! but I dont play that much anymore. The zombie modes fun.
Been playing Mordhau , a medieval game its funny. And a farming game called stardew valley.
